How do I make an order?
Go to our right sidebar and click on "Cart". Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select the payment method for the goods - we will ship your package within two or three (2/3) business days for ready stock, seven to sixteen (7-16) business days for pre-order items.

I have placed an order, but did not receive any order confirmation email.
You should receive an order confirmation email with an order number after placing an order. If you have not received it, please contact us by WhatsApp +60 102 224 127 or email to [email protected] for us to assist you further.
Can I make changes to my order details?
Yes, sure you can! If you need to add any items to your original order or change your delivery address after the order has been placed, please contact us via WhatsApp +60 102 224 127 or email to [email protected]. We will arrange for necessary changes and payment (if necessary) before the order is shipped out.
Unfortunately, if your item has been processed by our team, we cannot make any changes to your order.
Kindly take note that any necessary arrangement will be made during business hours.
How do I make payment?
Please select Razer Merchant Services and you will be redirected to a secure page. Please follow their instruction to make payment. Once payment is done, you will receive a confirmation order email with your order number.
Or you can also select Manual payment via Bank transfer/Credit Card and Online Banking via MayBankQR Pay and you will receive a confirmation order with instruction and banking details for you to make payment.
Please send your screenshot or photo of payment proof by WhatsApp +60 102 224 127 or email to [email protected] within 24 hours.
Order will be automatically cancelled if there is no payment proof received within the stipulated time.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to? How much is your shipping fee?
We ship both locally and worldwide!
Shipping times:
- Local orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
- International orders take 5-20 business days to be delivered and we ship within same 2 business days.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Please expect some delays during early collection release, festive season or due to custom clearance.
Shipping cost:
- Peninsular Malaysia shipping fee starts at RM9 for parcel weight under 1 kg
- East Malaysia shipping fee starts at RM18 for parcel weight under 1 kg
- For other countries shipping fee starts at RM69 for parcel weight under 1 kg
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. You can track your parcel's whereabout using the link provided or contact us by WhatsApp +60 102 224 127 or email to [email protected] for us to assist you further.
Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the courier page.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my order to different color/size or design?
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact us at +60 102 224 127 as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
All items on sale are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.
Size is stated. If the purchased item does not fit, it cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Please take note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please allow us to get back to you 3-5 working days after the shipped day.
