OVERVIEW

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will inform you if for any reason we cannot process your order. The contract between us will only be formed at the point that we send you our order confirmation email.

PRICES & PAYMENTS

The price of the products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. Unless stated otherwise, product prices exclude delivery cost.

We’ll start to entertain your orders after full payment is received. All payments on this site are made through direct bank transfer. Do allow us 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to verify your payment. It will be updated as "PAID" after this verification process.
