RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please contact us at +60102224127 as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.

• Size is stated. If the purchased item does not fit, it cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 
• All items sale is final and cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

If your returns are approved, then your refund request will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that your refund is not inclusive of the shipping cost.
